Zazen, such an interesting practice. Just sitting and absorbing everything around you trying to acknowledge your thoughts and move on. The hardest part is not getting attached a thought chain.
I sit and soak in the amazing temple. I get to see what is swirling in my brain. It helps, at least it gives me the time and space to disconnect from every distraction and pay heed to my brain.
Just as I stumble through my own brain discovering new patterns and thoughts so to do I discover new sights each time I go to temple. Sights such as this serene meditating stone monk. #TheWorldISee
